Breakage Policy:

All acrylic/perspex products that are sent out with courier are packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap and sometimes even paper to avoid breakage and damage but are still susceptible to damage in transit due to how it’s handled by the courier companies. It is important to note that courier companies often utilize airlines to send goods to outlying provinces and cities. Packages are generally thrown around etc so no amount of bubble wraps can manage rough handling of the boxes we package them in. Fragile & breakable labels are always stuck onto the boxes and packages and fragile notes are always added to the waybills. Negligence by the courier company can and may still occur. Courier insurance can (should) be added to your delivery at an additional amount just to be safe — we will not be held responsible for replacing broken items at our own cost done by the courier company.

Not all packages break but maybe 1 out of 10 packages will most likely break in transit.
